  • What happens after I apply?

  • After you’ve applied, we will send you an email confirming that your information has been received. Our recruiters do their best to review the candidate pool for open positions in a timely manner. Due to overwhelming interest in certain positions, it may take several weeks for the recruiter or hiring manager to review applications. We appreciate your patience during this process. If you are selected for an interview, a recruiter will contact you and outline the next steps. You may still be contacted about other opportunities that align with your profile or interests and can update your profile at any time.
  • What should I expect during the interview process?

  • The interview process is an opportunity for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. Meeting with hiring managers and team members, you’ll be asked questions about your academic and work experiences. You will also have a chance to ask questions of us. It will be helpful for you to know about our business lines and, in particular, the prospective team that’s interviewing you. You should also have a good sense of what value you think you may bring to our business and be prepared to offer examples of your past achievements or successes.
  • No matter the role, how can I prepare for my interview at WeWork?

  • You should arrive knowing as much as you can about WeWork in general, our values, our mission, and the role you’re interviewing for in particular. Of course, you should do your research, but the most important thing is to tell us about yourself and what you can bring to our community.
  • Why WeWork?

  • WeWork is a place to grow, a place where you can learn new skills and deepen those you already possess. It’s a place where your skills really do matter, where you can make a difference to your team and the entire company.
  • What is WeWork’s U.S. COVID-19 vaccination policy for new hires?

  • As part of our commitment to health and safety, WeWork — like a growing number of employers — is requiring all U.S. employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment, absent a legal exception for reasonable accommodation. We provide unvaccinated new hires a 45-day grace period after their start date to get fully vaccinated or, if eligible, obtain a reasonable accommodation. If you believe that a legal exception may apply to you, please still apply for any role(s) you are interested in and, if you are hired, you will receive instructions on how to request a reasonable accommodation after your start date. Please note that roles that require in-person work — currently, within our Community (excluding Member Experience), Facilities Management (including Security), Sales (excluding Sales Ops), and Member Technology teams — will not be eligible for work-from-home as an accommodation because it poses an undue hardship on our business.
